The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Timak’s vehicle superstructures and customized mobile solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting market research activities, analyzing market trends, tracking competitors, and identifying new customer segments. The role will develop and implement marketing strategies, prepare content for online and offline channels, support sales initiatives with marketing materials, and help organize trade shows, events, and client presentations. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, maintain marketing reports and KPIs, and assist in managing social media, website updates, and promotional materials. **Qualifications** - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams. - Proficiency in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Experience in Sales support to align marketing activities with revenue goals and assist in lead generation and follow-up. - Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, positioning, and brand development. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) is beneficial. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Professional proficiency in Albanian and good written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset. - Familiarity or interest in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors is Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/marketing-specialist-at-timak-4428862268
