We proudly represent GroupM, the world’s number one media agency network, in the Albanian market. We are currently looking for a **Meta Ads Specialist** to join our growing Digital Media team. If you are passionate about social media advertising, experienced in creating high-performing Meta campaigns, data-driven, and eager to grow within an international agency environment, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta. - Develop campaign strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives, budgets, and KPIs. - Build and manage campaign structures, audiences, placements, creatives, and budgets within Meta Ads Manager. - Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying optimization opportunities to improve reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROAS. - Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness. **Qualifications** - Experience with Meta & Google Analytics is considered an advantage - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor’s degree (BSc) and high level of English proficiency **📅 Application Deadline: 29 June, 2026** Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/meta-ads-specialist-at-new-moment-albania-4432205261
