As a 360-degree communication agency, we bring brands, campaigns, and stories to life through design, digital thinking, creative execution, and visual storytelling. This role is for someone who can take a static idea and turn it into a dynamic visual experience with rhythm, clarity, and craft. **About the role** As a Motion Graphics Designer at TWWA, you will create animated assets for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, brand videos, presentations, events, and advertising content. You will work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, strategists, and account teams to translate concepts into polished motion pieces that feel sharp, relevant, and campaign-ready. The role is hands-on, fast-moving, and highly visual. Think less “make it move” and more “make it land.” **Key responsibilities** ·        Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital campaigns. ·        Develop animated typography, logo animations, transitions, and visual systems. ·        Edit and adapt videos for social media, ads, presentations, and campaign formats. ·        Translate creative concepts into engaging visual stories. ·        Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and account teams. ·        Prepare final exports in the correct formats for different platforms. **Requirements** ·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in motion graphics and video. ·        A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics work. ·        Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. ·        Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and related Adobe Package tools. ·        Good understanding of design, typography, composition, pacing, and storytelling. ·        Experience creating assets for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms. ·        Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of craft. ·        Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. ·        Bonus skills: Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D animation, ·        Bonus: Previous agency experience. **What we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone visually sharp, detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and proactive.
