**Office Manager**
Do you love keeping things organized, making processes run smoothly, and being the person everyone can rely on in the office?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager who will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring our office operations run efficiently every day.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and problem-solving while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
**What you’ll be doing:**
âś” Keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly
âś” Supporting management and team members with administrative tasks
âś” Coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communication
âś” Managing documentation, reports, and office records
âś” Handling office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
âś” Helping create an efficient and positive work environment
**We’re looking for someone who:**
• Is highly organized and reliable
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Has experience in administration or office management
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
