**Job title:** Online Sales Specialist **Level:** Mid-level **Location:** Albania **English:** Mandatory We are looking for a motivated Online sales specialist to manage and drive e-commerce sales across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in online sales, social media commerce, and digital marketplaces, with a proven ability to increase revenue and optimize product listings. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow online sales on platforms including **Instagram** , **Facebook** , **Amazon** , and other relevant websites. • Develop and execute strategies to **maximize sales** and reach **online targets** . • Create, optimize, and **monitor product listings** to **improve visibility** and **conversion rates** . • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement. • Respond to customer inquiries and manage online customer relationships. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions. • Stay updated with trends in e-commerce, social media, and digital sales channels. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales • Strong knowledge of social media sales, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces. • Good command of English (written and spoken). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on sales performance. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
