AdSolution is a digital marketing and ecommerce services company based in Tirana, Albania, supporting affiliate networks and ecommerce brands with performance advertising on Google and Meta across European markets. The team manages ad accounts, operations, and daily campaign execution, acting as the services backbone for Adrice, a credit line that helps COD ecommerce affiliates scale on Google Ads. AdSolution is building a local team in Tirana, working in multiple languages and actively engaging with the digital marketing community through regular meetups. The company is expanding across operations, marketing, customer success, and ecommerce, offering åganizing documents, and maintaining internal records, as well as assisting with digital workflows related to ad account management and performance reporting. The assistant will manage phone and email communications with partners and internal stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up on operational requests, and support executives with meeting preparation and task coordination. The role also involves basic data entry, preparing summaries or reports, and collaborating with the wider team to keep processes efficient and well-documented. About the Role We are a European affiliate marketing company running e-commerce campaigns across 10+ countries, and we are growing our office in Tirana. We are looking for someone organised, dependable and tech-comfortable to join us on-site as our Operations & Digital Admin Assistant. This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You will be creating advertiser profiles, setting up accounts and registering domains continuously, often several a day, so speed paired with precision matters more here than a polished CV. You will work directly with a senior team member from day one and be trained on our full workflow. This is a real position with real growth. If you perform well, you will move into a more senior operations role over time. What You'll Do - Create and set up advertiser profiles and ad accounts at volume, Google and Facebook, following our internal workflows step by step - Register and configure domains for new campaigns, keeping pace with the launch schedule - Manage browser profiles, proxies, emails and 2FA (AdsPower, GoLogin, Multilogin) with the care needed to keep profiles healthy, a mishandled profile can cost an account - Support advertiser verifications: prepare the documentation, complete the forms, track each case through to approval - Support suspension appeals: gather the evidence, help complete appeal submissions, and follow up on outcomes - Run compliance checks on e-commerce websites and landing pages using step-by-step checklists - Track weekly data and help maintain our reporting spreadsheets - Monitor the status of live accounts and flag anything that needs attention - Follow processes carefully and consistently, and communicate clearly with the team on what is done and what is blocked What We're Looking For - Fluent English, written and spoken. This is a hard requirement. - Basic working knowledge of Google Ads, how accounts, ad profiles and billing setups fit together, is a strong advantage. Preferred, not required: we will train the right person from zero. - Speed with accuracy. This role is repetitive and high-volume, and the work still has to be right the first time. - Detail-oriented: you double-check, you don't cut corners, and you flag problems early rather than hiding them - Spanish or Italian is a strong bonus, our main markets are in Southern Europe - Comfortable with digital tools: browsers, spreadsheets, online platforms and AI tools.
