**Company Description** Pikhost Albania is a fast-growing short term rental management company, managing over 200 properties across multiple cities. We work with property owners to maximize revenue and deliver high-quality guest experiences. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Tirana, Albania. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including managing property maintenance, coordinating with landlords and staff, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
