Operations Planner

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of financial and operational projects — from planning to delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** • Monitor and track project and operations progress against timelines and goals. • Prioritize tasks and communicate updates to the Manager. • Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and operational documentation. • Support cross-departmental collaborations to improve workflow efficiency. • Prepare clear, actionable reports and ensure all operations run smoothly and on time. **Requirements:** • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English. • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic. • Experience in a similar role is considered a plus. **Why Join Us:** At Bulls Vision Group, we value initiative, collaboration, and continuous growth.
