Outbound & CRM Account Manager

uhoh.com is a fast-growing IT and operations partner for global startups, and we're looking for an Outbound & CRM Account Manager who can own client relationships while running the outbound and CRM work behind them. If you are an operator who enjoys being the trusted point of contact, running cold outbound that performs, and keeping client CRMs clean and useful, you'll fit right in. **What You'll Do** You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their day-to-day partner for outbound and CRM operations. This is a high-ownership role where you will: - Be the primary point of contact for your client accounts, handling weekly reporting, stakeholder questions, and async communication. - Run cold email campaigns end-to-end, including setup, sequencing, list building, enrichment, and ongoing optimization. - Manage client HubSpot instances, including pipelines, workflows, lead routing, lead source tracking, and weekly hygiene passes. - Configure HubSpot lead forms, notifications, CAC tracking, and reporting that clients actually use. - Build Loom walkthroughs and documentation that let client teams self-serve, and migrate clients into HubSpot from other CRMs when needed. **What You Bring** - **Client-Facing Strength:** You've owned client relationships before, not just executed tickets for them.
