Payroll Specialist

**Position: Payroll Specialist** **Department:** Human Resources **Location:** Infinity Investment **Employment Type:** Full-time **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and maintaining payroll records with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** - Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within established deadlines. - Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. - Verify attendance, overtime, leave balances, and other payroll-related data. - Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. - Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management and finance teams. - Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee changes affecting payroll. - Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Support audits and inspections related to payroll and employee compensation. - Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data. **Qualifications and Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration. - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and social security regulations. - Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong communication and organizational abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Knowledge of Albanian labor legislation. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter to: hr@infinityinvestment.al with the subject line: **"Application – Payroll Specialist"** Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
