This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in payroll administration, tax compliance, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. *Key Responsibilities* - Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing. - Administer payroll deductions, bonuses, benefits, and tax withholdings. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax requirements. - Maintain and update employee payroll records within HRIS systems. - Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. - Prepare payroll reports and support internal payroll audits. *Requirements* - Fluent English (written and spoken). - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration. - Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and labor legislation. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software such as ADP, Workday, Gusto, or similar HRIS platforms. 📍 Why Apply?
