The role focuses on transforming people data into meaningful analysis and reporting that supports evidence-based decision-making and drives strategic people outcomes across the organization. **The People Analytics & Reporting Lead Specialist** is responsible for real-time monitoring, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate workforce data. This role focuses on sending reports, updating and proof-checking data, and identifying discrepancies during daily rotations.
