Product Owner

 ## **ROLE** •    Define, maintain, and communicate a clear and shared product vision across stakeholders, development teams, and customers  •    Own full accountability for the solution or project roadmap, including scope evolution and continuous improvement  •    Demonstrate strong ownership by deeply knowing the solution, its use cases, dependencies, and lifecycle  •    Translate needs into clear, actionable business requirements and user stories understood by development teams  •    Define appropriate functional and non functional specifications and contribute to acceptance criteria, supporting ATDD when applicable  •    Assess business value and continuously prioritize and refine the backlog to maximize value delivery  •    Manage backlogs for multiple projects in parallel, aligned with roadmap and delivery commitments  •    Contribute to estimation activities and communicate delivery milestones to the Delivery Lead  •    Ensure teams deliver reusable, robust, and maintainable features aligned with quality standards and SOPs  •    Collaborate on integration and testing activities to ensure end to end solution consistency and maintain delivered solutions  •    Work with other Product Owners and stakeholders to remove impediments, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement  •    Inspire and support development teams as a trusted functional reference, while owning and maintaining product and project documentation **PROFILE** •    5+ years of experience in the IT sector, preferably in software development, with experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst  •    Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience  •    Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum) with hands on experience in agile delivery environments  •    Proven ability to translate business needs into well structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria  •    Strong business analysis and structured problem solving skills  •    Clear ownership and accountability for outcomes, not only deliverables  •    Customer centric, value driven mindset with focus on end to end value delivery  •    Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and make sound trade off decisions  •    Experience in release management, including scope definition, planning, and communication  •    High standards for quality, robustness, reusability, and long term sustainability  •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross functional and multicultural teams  •    Fluent in English; Agile or Scrum certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO) is desirable **JOIN US!** •    Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees •    Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success •    Our people contribute to a more secure world •    Diversity at all levels of an organisation is a strengths   We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating industry.
