The organization is supported by a strong network of national and regional consultants and uses modern tools like BizCoree for financial management and its own ES-PAI software for data collection and statistical analysis. **Role Description** The Project Development Specialist internship role is an on-site position based in Skopje. The intern will support the design and development of projects, including drafting proposals, preparing documentation, and contributing to project work plans and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and desk research, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in monitoring and evaluation activities, and preparing reports, presentations, and other project materials. The intern will collaborate closely with senior consultants and project managers, participate in meetings with clients and partners, and help maintain accurate project records and databases. This internship offers practical experience in project development within a dynamic consulting environment and provides exposure to assignments across different economic, legal, and social sectors. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize complex information. - Candidates should possess Project Development and Project Management skills, such as planning tasks, supporting implementation, and contributing to monitoring and evaluation activities. - Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and client-oriented interaction. - Relevant academic background in economics, business, law, public administration, social sciences, or a related field is beneficial. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with research and data analysis tools is an advantage. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development. - Good command of English and Macedonian; knowledge of other regional languages is considered an asset.
