The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including listing, marketing, and showing properties to prospective buyers and tenants. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the entire transaction process, conducting property valuations and market analyses, preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation, and coordinating with legal and financial partners when needed. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong client network, negotiating offers, and ensuring high-quality customer service aligned with Century 21 Gold Albania standards. **Qualifications** - Relevant Real Estate License and solid understanding of local Real Estate regulations and Real Property concepts. - Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. - Knowledge of the Tirana real estate market and ability to perform basic market research and property valuation. - Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work on-site, manage multiple listings, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with basic office software and real estate listing platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. - Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction.
