Sales Development Representative

We are on a mission to expand our core Sales team in our **Skopje office** , and we are looking for a **Sales Development Representative** with a passion for IT Services/Solution sales and the ability to deliver exceptional results. A self-starter who will lead in identifying & winning new opportunities! Our ideal candidate is not just a professional, but a passionate advocate for our mission and distinctive business model. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the competitive marketplace, expanding our client base, and creating opportunities for our services. Through a commission-based pay structure, you will be rewarded for bringing in new business. **What you’ll do:** - Professionally representing IWConnect, our expertise, experience, and ability to deliver solutions in front of customers; - Proactively identifying & qualifying potential clients, new business opportunities, and generating leads; - Working in a team that has the common goal of generating as much new business as possible; - Working with a multitude of tools to support sales work while forecasting sales activity in D365; - Analyzing information, preparing reports, evaluating sales results, and regular communication with the team; - Getting creative on who/how/what to target with the overall goal of creating new qualified opportunities. **What we’re looking for:** - 1-5 years of quota-carrying experience (as a Sales Development Representative and/or Inside Sales Representative with IT services/solutions selling experience may also be considered); - Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota; - Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills (advanced English language proficiency is a must); - A team player who is also very driven by internal goals & motivation with a nonstop HUNTER attitude; - Experience working in a start-up environment while having experience selling to enterprises is strongly preferred; - Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure. **We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
