The Sales Director will lead and develop the local sales organization, including setting sales targets, building and managing the sales pipeline, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with key accounts, and representing Unita Worldwide to prospective partners and clients. The Sales Director will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent value delivery to customers. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and continuously improving sales processes to drive sustainable growth. **Qualifications** - Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Proven Business Development experience in B2B environments, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert new market opportunities. - Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including coaching, goal setting, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive sales culture. - Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. - Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B marketplaces is highly beneficial, ideally in international or multi-market contexts. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate across cultures and time zones, and travel for business as needed.
