Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented **Sales Manager** to join our team in Tirana. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing the entire customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-rental follow-up. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury sector. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, operations teams, and management to ensure a seamless rental experience while maximizing revenue opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable luxury vehicle rental solutions. - Prepare and present rental offers, quotations, and contracts. - Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. - Coordinate with operational teams regarding vehicle availability, delivery, and collection schedules. - Ensure all client requests and special requirements are handled efficiently. - Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after the rental period. - Upsell additional services and premium experiences when appropriate. - Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Prepare periodic sales and performance reports. **Requirements** - Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, Tourism, or Luxury Services. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. - Fluent English is required. - Italian language proficiency is highly preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Passion for luxury brands, automotive industry, or premium customer experiences is considered an advantage. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses. - Opportunity to work with prestigious luxury automotive brands. - Professional growth within an international business. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment. - Exposure to high-profile clients and luxury travel experiences. - Flexible working schedule. **Preferred Profile** You are a relationship builder who enjoys working directly with clients, closing deals, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.
