The company is focused on fostering collaboration, supporting regional business development, and making cross-border partnerships more accessible for businesses of all sizes. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Tirana. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for the B2B platform, including identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and managing a healthy pipeline of partner companies. This role involves meeting with potential clients, presenting platform benefits, preparing tailored proposals, and negotiating agreements that drive subscription and partnership growth. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, gather client feedback, and support campaigns that increase platform usage. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in digital platforms, technology, or services. - Strong skills in prospecting, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals. - Ability to present complex solutions clearly, conduct product demos, and tailor value propositions to different business needs. - Comfort working with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Albanian; additional regional languages are a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet targets. - Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Knowledge of the Albanian and regional business landscape and an interest in networking and partnership-building. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus, with a results-oriented approach.
