SAP Basis Administrator

We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. **Key responsibilities** - Manage SAP infrastructure architecture and deployment tasks. - **Handle software lifecycle: patching, updates, maintenance and migrations** - Administer, monitor and optimize SAP performance across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. - Install, support, and maintain SAP systems. - **Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations.** - Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP environments. - Monitor system logs and performance metrics to ensure stability. - Coordinate with development and functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements. - Apply best practices for SAP Basis administration and system tuning. - Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. **Qualifications** - **At least 10 years of experience as SAP SysOps or SAP System Administrator.** - **Ability to understand client needs, define architectural frameworks, and draft Statements of Work.** - Knowledge of Oracle and HANA database architecture and administration for SAP. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools. - Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. - Understanding of network protocols and system integration principles. - **Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.** - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work in new environments and across different projects. - Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments. - Fluent in Italian English and proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Nice to have** - **Degree or diploma in IT, electronics, or equivalent skills.** - Experience with databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server. - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, HANA, and SQL Server environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) in SAP contexts. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: careers@servicefactory.al *\*Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.* Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/sap-basis-administrator-at-service-factory-solutions-4412744574
