The successful candidate will join our SAP support team, providing Application Management Services (AMS), handling incident and service request ticketing, and delivering change requests and enhancements for international clients. 🔧 **Key Responsibilities** - Provide functional support for SAP CO processes in an AMS environment. - Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs. - Analyze business requirements and implement SAP CO change requests and enhancements. - Configure and support SAP CO modules, including: - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders (IO) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Product Costing (PC) - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, and technical consultants. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate developments with ABAP teams. - Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities. - Deliver user training and maintain documentation. 🛠️ **Required Skills & Experience** - 3+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant. - Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling processes and configuration. - Experience working in AMS/support and ticket-driven environments. - Hands-on experience with incident management, service requests, and change requests. - Understanding of SAP FI-CO integration. - Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. ⭐ **Preferred Skills & Qualifications** - Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – mandatory - Good English communication skills – mandatory - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP FI. - Experience in international or multicultural project environments. - SAP certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance. **💜 What We Offer** : 📈Opportunity to work on strategic SAP projects with top-tier clients 🏠Remote work opportunity 🕘🕕Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM **👨 💻** Supportive, multicultural work environment If you're a seasoned SAP CO consultant fluent in Italian and looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
