Senior Card, POS, e-Commerce & Chargeback Specialist

Pago, operated by Rubicon Sh.A., a licensed Electronic Money Institution holding Mastercard and Visa memberships, is seeking a **Senior Card, POS, e-Commerce & Chargeback Specialist** to take ownership of our issuing and acquiring operations. This is a key technical and operational role that combines deep payment-scheme expertise with strong organizational discipline. It covers Cards, POS, e-Commerce, and Pay by Link projects, working directly with the card processor and with Visa and Mastercard on day-to-day operations, compliance, and reconciliation. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as the key point of reference for Cards, POS, e-Commerce, and Pay by Link projects. - Report and resolve issues and incidents in a timely manner with the card processor and the Mastercard/Visa schemes. - Prepare reports on issuing and acquiring activity for a range of internal and external stakeholders. - Stay continuously up to date with, and oversee the implementation of, issuing and acquiring processes and technical mandates from the card schemes and processor. - Own, operate, and continuously improve the features, processes, and systems supporting issuing and acquiring. - Draft and maintain operational procedures for Cards, POS, and e-Commerce. - Manage third-party relationships (invoices, agreements, etc.), ensuring compliance with the applicable SLAs. - Monitor and validate monthly invoices from the card processor and Mastercard. - Oversee the operational process of Cards, POS, vPOS, and Pay by Link configuration and installation. - Perform reconciliation of issuing and acquiring transactions. - Investigate, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies identified during reconciliation through to final resolution. - Open, manage, and monitor chargeback cases through Mastercard and Visa platforms and the card processor, ensuring timely handling and resolution. **Required Qualifications & Skills** - University degree, preferably in a banking or finance discipline. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in issuing and acquiring with Visa and Mastercard. - Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to deliver assigned duties accurately and on time. - Excellent organizational abilities. - Very good command of English. **What We Offer** - A central role in payments operations at Albania's leading fintech. - Direct exposure to Visa and Mastercard schemes and modern card-processing infrastructure. - A collaborative environment with real ownership and room to grow. - Competitive compensation aligned with experience. **How to Apply** Apply through LinkedIn or submit your application to hr@rbcn.al.
