Senior IT Support Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior IT Support Officer** to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and end-user services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. - Manage and troubleshoot Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts. - Support servers, printers, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring security and system availability. - Assist in implementing IT projects, upgrades, and new technologies. - Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and service records. - Mentor junior support staff and provide timely resolution of escalated issues. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure administration. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting. - Experience with virtualization, backup solutions, and cybersecurity practices is an advantage. - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
