Qualifications & Experience - 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles such as Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar positions. - Proven experience building, managing, and developing successful marketing teams. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and performance metrics. - Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and customer research. - Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reports, KPIs, and ROI measurements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Experience working with agencies, cross-functional teams, or multiple business units is highly preferred.
