Key Responsibilities: - Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood. - Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency. - Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. - Document the requirements in a clear and concise manner. Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and requirements. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. - Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana. - Experience in documenting requirements in User Stories. - Advanced AI skills usage for setting up end-to-end workflows, reporting, and writing user stories (Claude, Codex or similar). - Experience in people management, including guiding internal team relations and handling day-to-day team logistics (e.g., vacation planning, coverage, and scheduling).
