Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies and key decision-makers. The role involves negotiating contracts, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company strategy. The Senior Sales Representative is also expected to stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to effectively position Dream Pharma’s solutions. **Qualifications** - Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutritional supplement sales, ideally in a senior or key account capacity. - Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and consultative selling. - Ability to deliver clear product presentations, communicate complex concepts in accessible language, and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in organizing territory activities, planning client visits, and using CRM or sales tracking tools. - Solid understanding of fertility, reproductive health, or related medical fields is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline preferred. - Fluency in local language; effective written and spoken English is an advantage. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
