Senior Structural Engineer

**Role Overview** The Senior Structural Engineer will oversee structural design development, review, and coordination, ensuring safe, efficient, and buildable structural systems suitable for phased island construction. **Key Responsibilities** - Review and coordinate structural designs for buildings, infrastructure, and temporary works. - Ensure structural solutions are optimized for constructability, logistics, and cost efficiency. - Coordinate closely with geotechnical, architectural, and MEP teams. - Review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications prepared by consultants. - Ensure compliance with applicable codes, seismic requirements, and project design criteria. - Support construction teams with structural clarifications and site technical support. - Contribute to risk identification and mitigation related to structural works. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - Minimum 12-15 years of relevant structural engineering experience. - Experience on large developments, infrastructure, or complex buildings. - Strong knowledge of international structural and seismic design standards. - Experience in Design & Build & EPC projects.
