Work setting will be remote. This is not an agency recruitment role. You’ll work directly with engineering leaders, owning end-to-end hiring for highly technical positions across Europe and North America. We’re looking for recruiters with experience hiring: \* Software Engineers \* Embedded & Electronics Engineers \* AI / Data / Cloud professionals \* Telecommunications / RF \* Automotive, Aerospace or Defence Engineers \* Other complex technical or engineering roles Space recruitment experience is a plus, but not required. Strong technical recruitment capability is.
