Video Editing & Content Production (Primary Focus)** - Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-ready content - Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) optimized for performance - Create promotional and product-focused content - Develop founder-led content (e.g., day-in-the-life, trends, storytelling) - Ensure all content is on-brand, captioned, and ready for posting **2. Social Media Management** - Manage and publish content across Instagram and TikTok - Maintain a consistent and strategic posting schedule - Write captions, hashtags, and platform-appropriate copy - Monitor engagement and respond to comments where needed - Flag important interactions or insights to the founder **3. Paid Ads Management & Performance Tracking** - Set up and launch paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager and other platforms) - Track and analyze performance (spend, reach, clicks, conversions, revenue) - Provide clear, actionable performance summaries - Optimize campaigns based on data (creative, targeting, budget) - Identify underperforming ads early and recommend improvements - Establish a consistent reporting cadence **4.
