**Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing, project, and leadership teams to highlight key construction projects, company values, and community initiatives.
