Structural Design Engineer

**Job Overview** As a **Structural** **Design Engineer** , you will be responsible for the design and development of curtain wall and façade systems. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant façade solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** : - Develop technical designs based on architectural and structural drawings. - Coordinate design phases, including static, thermal, and acoustic calculations. - Monitor and manage design schedules and deliverables. - Identify and implement optimal technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external teams. - Prepare technical documentation for procurement and production. - Attend client meetings and perform site visits when required. **Requirements** We are looking for a highly motivated professional with the following qualifications: - A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field. - 3–5 years of experience in façade (preferred), metallic construction, or related building envelope/structural design fields - Proficiency in 2D, 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CSI SAP, Teckla, Revit) and M365 Suite. - Strong understanding of building envelope systems and construction techniques. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage. **About Us** Founded in 2001, ALCA is the leading façade company in Albania, specializing in the **design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of advanced façade and curtain wall systems.** With Albania as our core market and a growing presence across Europe, we deliver complex architectural envelopes for high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
