Our work helps clients build resilient structures to withstand environmental challenges. **Role Description** This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer based in Tirana, with the flexibility to work partially remotely. A fully remote option can be considered if the candidate deems it important, as the role can be effectively conducted remotely depending on experience and autonomy. The Structural Engineer will conduct structural analysis and design, including modelling and calculations, and will collaborate with team members on engineering tasks while ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards. The candidate is expected to work with industry-standard engineering software, including Midas Civil and Paratie Plus, as part of structural and infrastructure analysis workflows. **Qualifications** Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software Experience or willingness to work with Midas Civil and Paratie Plus Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with engineering standards and design codes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities for teamwork and cross-disciplinary coordination Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Previous experience in disaster risk assessment or resilient design is a plus Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/structural-engineer-at-reco-consulting-4417959380
