Supply Chain Specialist

With a strong commitment to quality and customer service, we aim to further expand our team with motivated and professional individuals. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers; Create and manage purchase orders (PO) and track their status; Organize bookings and coordinate with forwarders. Manage contracts and terms with suppliers; Review proforma invoices and import documentation; Calculate and monitor landed cost (total warehouse cost); Manage and optimize logistics costs; Handle claims, credit notes, and financial compensations; Ensure accuracy of data in the system (prices, terms, ETA, quantities, costs); Complete shipment documentation in Odoo. **Qualifications:** Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain; University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes; Strong negotiation and communication skills; Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage); Good command of the English language; Strong analytical and organizational skills; **We offer:** Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses; Opportunities for professional development; A professional and modern working environment.
