The System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, and core banking infrastructure. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, ensuring high availability, managing backups and disaster recovery procedures, and applying security updates and patches. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and documenting configurations and processes. The System Administrator will also support IT projects, contribute to system upgrades, and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in system administration, including Windows/Linux server management, Active Directory, and user account administration. - Candidates should possess solid networking skills, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPN configuration for secure connectivity. - Candidates should possess skills in backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and business continuity. - Candidates should possess experience with IT security practices, including access control, patch management, antivirus solutions, and security monitoring. - Candidates should possess abilities in troubleshooting, incident management, and technical documentation to support reliable operations. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred. - Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Cisco) are an advantage. - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment are essential. - Good communication skills in Albanian and English are beneficial.
