We are seeking a **skilled and experienced System & Infrastructure Administrator** to join our team, with strong expertise in Windows and Linux infrastructures, virtualization (VMware vSphere), and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft 365). **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and administer Windows Virtual Machines in enterprise environments. - Design and support Linux-based architectures across distributed systems. - Operate and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure. - Administer and manage Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments. - Configure and support Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). - Administer Microsoft 365 services, ensuring performance, availability, and security. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability. - Execute change activities in line with internal change management processes. - Ensure reliability and performance of IT infrastructure and core services. - Collaborate closely with technical teams to support troubleshooting and system evolution. - Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. - Provide on-call support to ensure operational continuity. **Mandatory Skills** - Windows Virtual Machines - Linux Architecture - Microsoft Active Directory (AD) - Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) - Microsoft 365 - VMware vSphere **Skills and Qualifications** - Hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux infrastructures in enterprise environments. - Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, особенно VMware vSphere. - Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory and identity services (ADFS). - Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, identity, services). - Solid understanding of Linux architecture and system design principles. - Ability to operate effectively across complex and hybrid environments (Windows + Linux). - Experience working in high-availability and change-managed environments. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory for client communication). **What You Can Expect:** - Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills; - Hybrid work model, option to choose/combine work from home/office; - Private health insurance; - Opportunity to learn 7 different languages using our E-learning platform; - Great colleagues, open informal, and fun atmosphere; - Chance to be part of a professional and highly dynamic international environment. **We are looking forward to meeting you.
