They develop and execute influencer strategies that make a real impact, while the operations team ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. **About the Role:** We’re looking for a sharp, proactive **Talent Operations & Campaign Coordinator** to serve as the operational backbone for our influencer seeding campaigns. You’ll own end-to-end campaign coordination and real-time data tracking, and build genuine relationships with creators for some of the world’s biggest brands. The position is structured as a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Campaign Management** : Oversight of active campaign channels, maintaining rigorous communication hygiene across concurrent projects and ensuring full team visibility for cross-functional support. - **Data Integrity & Standard Compliance** : Real-time administration of master campaign sheets-accurately logging creator details, logistics, status updates, and opt-outs while upholding pristine formatting and communication standards. - **Creator Relations & Logistics Support** : End-to-end management of creator and agent communications, including initial interest outreach, query resolution, and proactive shipping/delivery tracking. - **Issue Mitigation & Process Optimization** : Early identification and escalation of campaign bottlenecks to leadership, actively contributing ideas to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency. - **Campaign Management** : Oversight of active campaign channels, maintaining rigorous communication hygiene across concurrent projects and ensuring full team visibility for cross-functional support. - **Data Integrity & Standard Compliance** : Real-time administration of master campaign sheets-accurately logging creator details, logistics, status updates, and opt-outs while upholding pristine formatting and communication standards. - **Creator Relations & Logistics Support** : End-to-end management of creator and agent communications, including initial interest outreach, query resolution, and proactive shipping/delivery tracking. - **Issue Mitigation & Process Optimization** : Early identification and escalation of campaign bottlenecks to leadership, actively contributing ideas to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency. **Required skills and experience:** We’re looking for someone who has: - **Experience:** 2-3 years of operational or project support experience (agency, B2C e-commerce, PR, or marketing background preferred). - **Industry Familiarity is a plus:** Direct experience with influencer seeding, PR gifting, or managing high-volume email comms/spreadsheets. - **Project & Data Skills:** Exceptional organizational ability with high attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaign inboxes, real-time tracking sheets, and shifting priorities. - **Tech Savvy:** Highly proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, with comfort using influencer tools and CRM platforms. - **Mindset:** A proactive problem-solver with a strong service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles tricky communications with tact, and collaborates flexibly across teams.
