**Company Description** International Montessori School of Albania (IMSA), founded in 2007, is the first Montessori School in Albania and Internationally accredited. We care for and nourish children from 9 months to 5 years old. IMSA seeks to educate the whole child, applying the Montessori philosophy, in an internationally-oriented environment. Montessori-trained international staff provide the best quality teaching according to the Montessori philosophy and methodology. The entire Montessori curriculum and activities are provided in English. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Tirana. The Teacher will prepare and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s educational approach and learning objectives. Responsibilities include designing daily and weekly lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting learners’ academic, social, and emotional development. The Teacher will observe and assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records. The role also involves communicating regularly with families, collaborating with colleagues, contributing to school events, and participating in ongoing professional development. **Qualifications** - Strong Teaching and Education skills, with at least 2 years of experience guiding learners in a Montessori classroom environment. - Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with learners, families, and team members. - Ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and safe classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs. - Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field; Certified Montessori teacher qualifcation and experience is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset. - Commitment to continuous professional growth and alignment with Montessori values and pedagogy.
