We are looking for a
**Fullstack Team Leader**
who is not only a seasoned developer but also an inspiring mentor to drive our technical excellence from Tirana.
If you are a "hands-on" leader who stays ahead of the curve with
**Java 17**
and
**Angular 19**
, we want to meet you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership:**
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of developers in a hybrid environment.
- **Architecture & Dev:**
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from system design to high-quality code implementation.
- **Tech Stack Mastery:**
Build robust applications using
**Spring Boot 3.x / Quarkus 3.x**
and
**Angular 19.x**
.
- **Quality Governance:**
Ensure high code standards through
**SonarQube**
analysis and comprehensive
**JUnit**
testing.
- **API Management:**
Define and document RESTful services using
**YAML**
.
**Technical Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
- **Java Ecosystem:**
Advanced knowledge of
**Java 17**
,
**Maven**
, and
**Git**
.
- **Frontend:**
Strong hands-on experience with
**Angular 19.x**
.
- **Backend:**
Proficiency in
**Spring Boot 3.x**
and/or
**Quarkus 3.x**
.
- **Database:**
Experience with
**Oracle Database 12c**
.
- **Testing/QA:**
Proficient in
**JUnit**
and
**SonarQube**
for code quality.
