***About the Job*** ***Wireless Project Manager*** The Wireless Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing wireless telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful execution within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines. The role supports the company's operations by managing project teams, coordinating field activities, monitoring project performance, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of wireless telecommunications projects. ***As a Wireless Project Manager, you will be responsible for:*** - Planning, organizing, and managing wireless network projects from initiation to completion; - Coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved; - Monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance; - Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations; - Supervising daily operational activities and resolving technical or operational issues that may impact project delivery; - Monitoring project KPIs and preparing regular progress reports for management and clients; - Managing project risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary; - Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements; - Coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other internal departments throughout project execution; - Maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as the primary point of contact during project implementation; - Reviewing project documentation, reports, and technical deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy; - Supporting resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvement initiatives; - Performing other project management duties as assigned. ***To do this as a professional, you must meet the following requirements:*** - Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in wireless telecommunications or infrastructure projects; - Minimum 2 years of experience managing wireless telecommunications projects; - Strong knowledge of mobile network infrastructure, wireless technologies, telecommunications equipment, and site deployment activities; - Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources; - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and reporting practices; - Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure; - Good command of English; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); - Experience working with project management software will be considered an advantage. ***We offer:*** A challenging and dynamic role within a highly qualified team of professionals; Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning; A collaborative and supportive work environment; Career growth opportunities within a leading telecommunications infrastructure company. ***Our Culture:*** At Telelink Infra, we believe that successful projects are built through strong leadership, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
