**Position: Workflow Architect (Monday.com & Make.com)** **Location: On-site/ Remote (on-site preferred)** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00** **Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Contract** Are you passionate about building scalable operational systems, automating workflows, and solving complex business challenges? We are looking for a highly strategic and technically skilled Workflow Architect to join our growing operations team. **About the Role** As a Workflow Architect, you will work directly with clients to understand how their businesses operate, identify inefficiencies, and design end-to-end workflow solutions using Monday.com, Make.com, AI tools, and automation technologies. This is not just a build role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, challenge assumptions, architect scalable systems, and take full ownership of projects from discovery through implementation. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions - Analyze and map existing business processes and operational workflows - Design scalable, organized, and future-proof Monday.com board architectures - Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using Make.com and related tools - Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms) to improve efficiency and solution design - Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements - Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from discovery to launch - Document workflows, processes, and implementation plans - Collaborate with leadership to develop the best operational strategy for each client engagement **Required Skills & Experience** - Strong experience with Monday.com administration, architecture, and implementation - Hands-on experience with Make.com automation development - Experience with workflow design, process mapping, and business operations - Familiarity with N8N and other automation platforms is highly preferred - Strong understanding of AI tools and how to integrate them into business processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication and client-facing skills - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously **Tools & Platforms** - Monday.com - Make.com - N8N - Claude - ChatGPT and other AI tools/providers - Additional workflow and automation platforms as needed **What We're Looking For** The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who enjoys solving operational challenges, creating elegant workflow solutions, and leveraging automation and AI to help businesses scale.
